After you choose a cruise, you have to decide which form of contract you prefer:

1. Non-guaranteed allotment
The non-guaranteed allotment is subject to reduction at nicko tours discretion, if there are requests and you have not delivered names yet.
120 days prior to the departure a booking statement will be subject to receive an invoice of 10 % down payment which has to be paid to nicko tours. Non-refundable in case of cancellation.
60 days before departure all not namely booked cabins return to nicko tours free of charge.
Final Payment for all services booked will be paid in full 30 days prior to departure.

2. Fixed/Guaranteed allotment
A reduction of the allotment by nicko tours is not possible. We guarantee 100% of the cabins and you have to pay for 100% of the allotment.
10% non-refundable down payment of the total amount of the guaranteed cabins has to be paid 15 days after signing the contract.
Final Payment will be paid in full 30 days prior to departure.
Guaranteed cabins have to be paid full or empty based on double occupancy.

You will always get an invoice from nicko tours. This means your clients have to pay to you and not to nicko tours.
Settlement for deposit and final payment depends on the from of contract. Please see above.
